fa عوامل مؤثر بر توسعه پایدار پارچه های زربفت در عرصه کارآفرینی Factors Affecting the Dynamism of Brocaded Fabrics in the Field of Entrepreneurship زریﺑﺎﻓﻲ ﺑﻪﻋﻨﻮان ﻳﻜﻲ از ﺑﺮﺟﺴﺘﻪﺗﺮﻳﻦ ﻫﻨﺮﻫﺎی ﺳﻨﺘﻲ ﻧﺴﺎﺟﻲ اﻳﺮان، ﺗﺠﻠﻲﮔﺎه ذوق، ﻫﻨﺮ و اﺳﺘﻌﺪاد ﻣﺮدم اﻳﻦ ﺳﺮزﻣﻴﻦ اﺳﺖ ﻛﻪ ﭘﻴﻮﻧﺪی ﻋﻤﻴﻖ ﺑﺎ ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ و ﺗﺎرﻳﺦ اﻳﺮان دارد. ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ، ﺳﻴﺮ ﺗﺎرﻳﺨﻲ ﭘﺎرﭼﻪﻫﺎی زرﺑﻔﺖ و وﺿﻌﻴﺖ ﻣﻮﺟﻮد آن را در اﻳﺮان ﻣﻮرد واﻛﺎوی و ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﻗﺮار داده و ﻫﻨﺮ زریﺑﺎﻓﻲ را ﻛﻪ ﻋﻠﻲرﻏﻢ دارا ﺑﻮدن ارزشﻫﺎی ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﻲ، ﻫﻨﺮی و اﻗﺘﺼﺎدی، ﺷﺎﻫﺪ ﻛﺎﻫﺶ ﭘﻮﻳﺎﻳﻲ و ﻓﻌﺎﻟﻴﺖ ﺧﻮد در ﺑﺎزار داﺧﻠﻲ و ﺑﻴﻦاﻟﻤﻠﻠﻲ ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ، ﻣﺪﻧﻈﺮ داﺷﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ. اﻳﻦ ﻣﻘﺎﻟﻪ ﭘﻮﻳﺎﻳﻲ و ﻛﺎرآﻓﺮﻳﻨﻲ را ﺑﻪﻋﻨﻮان ﻧﻘﻄﺔ ﺗﻤﺮﻛﺰ ﺑﺮای ﭘﻴﺸﺮﻓﺖ در ﻧﻈﺮ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ. ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ از ﻧﻮع ﻛﺎرﺑﺮدی و ﺑﺎ روﻳﻜﺮد ﻛﻴﻔﻲ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪه و از ﻃﺮﻳﻖ ﺑﺮرﺳﻲﻫﺎی ﻛﺘﺎﺑﺨﺎﻧﻪای و ﻣﻴﺪاﻧﻲ و ﺑﺎ ﺗﻤﺮﻛﺰ ﺑﺮ ﺷﻬﺮ ﻛﺎﺷﺎن، ﭼﺎﻟﺶﻫﺎ و ﻓﺮﺻﺖﻫﺎی ﻣﺮﺗﺒﻂ ﺑﺎ آن را ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﻳﻲ ﻛﺮده و ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻣﺆﺛﺮ ﺑﺮ ﭘﻮﻳﺎﻳﻲ ﭘﺎرﭼﻪﻫﺎی زرﺑﻔﺖ در ﻋﺮﺻﺔ ﻛﺎرآﻓﺮﻳﻨﻲ را ﻣﻌﺮﻓﻲ ﻧﻤﻮده اﺳﺖ. از آﻧﺠﺎ ﻛﻪ ﺗﻌﺪاد ﻫﻨﺮﻣﻨﺪان اﻳﻦ ﺣﺮﻓﻪ ﻣﺤﺪود اﺳﺖ، ﺑﺮای اﺳﺘﺨﺮاج دادهﻫﺎ از روش ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﺔ اﺳﻨﺎدی، ﻣﺼﺎﺣﺒﺔ ﻧﻴﻤﻪﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎرﻳﺎﻓﺘﻪ، ﮔﺮوه ﻛﺎﻧﻮﻧﻲ و ﭘﺮﺳﺶﻧﺎﻣﻪ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. دادهﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ ﺑﻬﺮهﮔﻴﺮی از ﺗﺤﻠﻴﻞ PEST و ﻣﻘﻴﺎس ﭘﻨﺞﻧﻘﻄﻪای ﻟﻴﻜﺮت ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪاﻧﺪ. ﮔﺮوه ﻫﺪف ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﻓﻌﺎﻻن و ﻫﻨﺮﻣﻨﺪان زریﺑﺎﻓﻲ و ﺻﻨﺎﻳﻊ واﺑﺴﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ. اﻳﻦ ﻣﻘﺎﻟﻪ در ﭘﻲ ارزﻳﺎﺑﻲ ﭼﺎﻟﺶﻫﺎ و ﻓﺮﺻﺖﻫﺎی ﭘﻮﻳﺎﻳﻲ و ﻛﺎرآﻓﺮﻳﻨﻲ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ اﻗﺘﺼﺎدی و اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﻲ ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﺗﺄﺛﻴﺮ را ﺑﺮ ﻛﺎرآﻓﺮﻳﻨﻲ در زﻣﻴﻨﺔ زریﺑﺎﻓﻲ دارﻧﺪ و ﻛﺎرآﻓﺮﻳﻨﻲ ﻧﻘﺶ ﻛﻠﻴﺪی در رﻓﻊ ﭼﺎﻟﺶﻫﺎ، اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ ﺑﻬﺮهوری و اﺣﻴﺎی ﺟﺎﻳﮕﺎه اﻳﻦ ﻫﻨﺮ در ﺑﺎزار اﻳﻔﺎ ﻣﻲﻛﻨﺪ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﻴﻦ ﺑﺮای ﭘﻮﻳﺎﻳﻲ ﻫﻨﺮ زریﺑﺎﻓﻲ، ﺗﻮﺟﻪ وﻳﮋه ﺑﻪ ﺣﻤﺎﻳﺖﻫﺎی ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎری، ﺗﻮﺳﻌﺔ آﻣﻮزشﻫﺎی ﻣﻬﺎرﺗﻲ، ﺑﺎزارﻳﺎﺑﻲ ﻧﻮﻳﻦ و ﻓﻨﺎوری ﺗﻮﻟﻴﺪ ﭘﻴﺸﻨﻬﺎد ﻣﻲﺷﻮد.  Zari weaving, as one of the most distinguished traditional textile arts of Iran, embodies the taste, artistry, and creative capacity of the Iranian people and is deeply interwoven with the country’s cultural and historical heritage. The present study examines the historical trajectory and current status of brocaded textiles in Iran, focusing on the art of zari weaving, which, despite its cultural, artistic, and economic value, has experienced a decline in vitality and market activity in both domestic and international contexts. This article positions dynamism and entrepreneurship as the central axes of development. Adopting an applied research design and a qualitative approach, the study draws on library and field research, with particular attention to the city of Kashan, in order to identify relevant challenges and opportunities and to introduce the factors influencing the dynamism of brocaded fabrics in the entrepreneurial sphere. Given the limited number of practitioners in this craft, data were collected through documentary study, semi-structured interviews, focus groups, and questionnaires. The data were analyzed using PEST analysis and a five-point Likert scale. The target population consisted of active zari weavers and professionals in related industries. The study’s assessment of the challenges and opportunities surrounding dynamism and entrepreneurship indicates that economic and social factors exert the greatest influence on entrepreneurship in the field of zari weaving. It further demonstrates that entrepreneurship plays a key role in addressing challenges, increasing productivity, and revitalizing the position of this art in the marketplace.
